Upon booking, you will be required to pay a deposit or the full amount of the tour package, as specified at the time of booking. 4. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms of the tour package. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour departure date will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the tour departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
In the event that NovaScape Adventures cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
5. Travel Insurance
NovaScape Adventures strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues. We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of such events.
6. User Responsibilities
